This could be a little self serving, but my birthday is coming up on Sunday so I made a real effort to check out the birthday deals and freebies I could get.
I joined Family Christian Bookstore's Family Perks Program well over a year ago, and I also get their catalog. I was really thrilled when I got a card in the mail for 33% off any item as a birthday treat. Another really cool thing about their Family Perks Program card is there are always really great deals right at their registers for $5. You just have to present your card. Join the TCBY eClub, and you get a coupon for a free small cup of frozen yogurt on your birthday week. You do need to select the TCBY that you will go to. I was pretty excited that we have one in Prescott. Also when you sign up you get a buy a treat get a treat of equal or lesser value free coupon. The Phoenix Zoo has a free birthday club for kids up to 12 years old. The kids will receive a certificate to redeem on free admission to the Phoenix Zoo during their birthday month, a free carousel ride, a free kid's cup filled with the beverage of their choice, animal crackers and a button to wear so everyone will know it is a special day.
